<VV> Supplement, was: 80 hp with 64 110 heads Question

I have all three (original + two supplement editions). Note that there are
a lot of mismatch pages between the first/second combined edition(s) and
the third edition. Had to go thru section by section and note where the
first two dropped off and the third picked up. Latest supplement sure needs
re-edited. Lots of corrections, on almost every chapter......
