<VV> Stuck Bolt

Ron,

I ended up cutting the bolt off with an air-powered grinder using a cutting disk 
on my '64 Vert.  I knew mine was not salvagable and was being replaced, so I was 
just careful not to cut into the bracket.  Frustrating, I know!
