Current Carb Question :

I've re-assembled the carbs with new pump, gaskets, etc ("minor" rebuild kit 
from AutoZone).
Now all my 'static adjustments' are whacked out, so starting over :

When adjusting the throttle level screw, in what position should the 
throttle butterfly be ?
Fully closed or . ?

I ordered Bob Helt's book, but I'd appreciate anything that will help while 
I wait for it ?
