Bill,

I agree with Smitty on this. I see no reason to use small fans on the  
condenser. You've already got the huge Corvair fan pulling air through  
the condenser. Be sure you're using slightly high idle speeds if  
necessary. If you still have high oil temps, which you probably will,  
you need to look at cooling the oil.

Options: 1. Synthetic oil 2. Remove lower shrouds 3. An auxiliary oil  
cooler, such as an RX-7 cooler, like Smitty mentioned.

I swear by my RX-7 cooler. If you'd like details, I think pics are on  
Bryan's page or I can e-mail them to you. This is a bullet-proof  
installation that will keep any street driven Corvair cool.
