<VV> heater defroster repair MY casual observation

i would want ALL controls working properly ...they check such things in  
serious judging, especially when other points are very close..right down to  
dipstick levels etc.
this is of course if you think it will be a serious concourse car 9 as in  
trailer queen?), not a casual show car, that can be enjoyed by operating it  
also.
