<VV> PG bellhousing for MT

Hi folks,

I'm considering a quick and dirty install of an engine to get a car mobile again - the engine in question has a PG bellhousing and the car is a stick.  Both bellhousing and car are lates, as far as I know.  I realize there is the danger of something falling into the clutch, and the PG housing is weaker, but other than that will the PG bellhousing work ok with a clutch?
