Lonzo,
  this was the entire top ring assembly, not just the rubber seal. I'll 
post some pictures out there tomorrow. I went to Clark's website and 
looked at the exploded view of the filter. I'll look again tomorrow, but 
I think the upper ring is in that picture.

--I've got a spin on adapter too. Just have not installed it. Yet.
