<VV> bearing noise in 1, 2 & 3, but not 4

The needle bearing between the main shaft and input shaft is bad. They are
spinning at the same speed in 4th gear. Repair can involve up to input shaft,
main shaft and bearing replacement, or less. Depends on shaft damage.
