Monza speedo that seems to work when spin with my dremel.  I took a 
piece of old cable, cut it off so an inch stick out, and then used 
the buffer wheel to spin the cable piece (all in place).  It looks 
like it works fine.  Or, maybe my dremel is 10 times faster than it 
should be ... I'll try a cable first and let you know ... Thanks, Eric
