<VV> Resistor Wire Question

If you see page 12-27, the wire (B/Y) that energizes the coil is connected (at the plastic plug) to a wire labeled 20 W/R/B. This is the resistance wire and think that it is folded (?) in the engine harness. So, while cranking, there are 12 V. coming from the "R" terminal on the solenoid (wire 20 B/Y). At running, the coil takes 6V. from the end of the resistor wire (20 W/R/B) which gets energy from the ignition switch.
