<VV> Towing unregistered Corvairs in California

At one of my first Fan Belt Tosses someone showed up with a FC pulling an
open trailer with another FC on it.  The Trailer had a Corvair powerpack
with a PG under the deck.  All controlled from the towing FC.  That trailer
could be smog tested.
