<VV> Overcooling (was: LM turbos and no lower shrouds)

Could be ... I really am not an expert engineer or mechanic -- just a
good shade tree that finds it easier to stay out of trouble by not
re-engineering my cars. If I keep them well maintained in stock
condition they last forever. Have a 1980 Toyota I bought new and now
has 250k miles, several 90s Ford trucks, etc. All going strong. As
soon as I mess with them ... like the Ford, add a chip. Now I need
bigger exhaust, more intake. And on and on. On my Corvairs I have
just observed that a stock car runs pretty good. Don't need to go
removing things to make it better. But that is just an opinion. But
the gun is cool, even if it does not always work :-) E
