<VV> Retorquing Heads

I'm in the process of resealing a 66 110hp motor, stripping off all of the tin and replacing most all seals. I'm debating (myself) on  re torqueing  the heads while I can get to all of the bolts and nuts. This is a 48K mile motor and runs great other some valve rocker arm lash noise that I will adjust out after the reseal. What do people with experience think?   Thanks, David in OKC
