<VV> NO SPARK AT COIL - IGNITION WIRE TO COIL

I recently submitted a request for input re: a lack of spark between coil
and distrib following an electric fuel pump replacement...with respect and
appreciation for the various responses, in hindsight, and as simplistic as
this sounds, i'm now thinking i may have disconnected a power lead at the
fuel pump location between the ignition switch and the coil.  Can anyone
please confirm that the coil receives a lead wire from the ignition switch,
and that said hotwire is located in the underside tunnel area?
