<VV> Carbs overflowing when hot and shut off

Joel, I'm with you. My 66 A/C needs to have full throttle to start after
stopping when hot also. 

Venting is an improvement, not an absolute fix.

That was the purpose of the venting but in my experience it only helps, it
does not actually fix the problem.

You will note that is really only true with the 1960-63 Rochester carbs.
>From 1964 on, the venting was improved to the point that this now doesn't
happen.
