<VV> Roof rack

 Trying to separate 50 year old joint. Drilled out pin. Any suggestions on separating joint? Should I try cutoff wheel and spread outer tube enough or is there a better way. Any suggestion for pin replacement that would be close to flush as it sits under mounts.
