<VV> Corvair stranded in Painted Post, NY on way to Conn.

a gentleman (handicapped) that purchased a 67 110 auto from someone in NY recently and needs some help. This past weekend, he (Irv Rich) tried to get it home to CT (with someone else driving) and didn’t get too far. He said it started smoking bad and then wouldn’t run. After some checking, it was real low of oil. He mentioned dropped valve seat, but I’m not sure about that. The car is now in Painted Post, NY and he is looking for someone that can fix it so he can drive it back to CT with whatever it needs (repair or replacement engine).
