<VV> NEW Batch of Melling Lifters are the same as "The Sources"!!

Just a heads up, the latest lifters made by Melling are the Corvair style "deep dimple" type. I dissected one of these, and they are exactly the same as the ones that "The Source" was selling. Also, I dissected a factory GM lifter that was last listed in the GM catalog for Corvair pt# 5232450, and it was identical to the new Melling and the source lifter. If any of you had used the Source lifters, you remember them to be excellent, allowing a good pump shot into the rocker boxes and great adjustment range. So we now have lifters available from Melling. Sorry, no part number, only that they are the current crop of Chevy small-block lifters. When you buy them, check to be sure they are the deep dimple type. I grabbed them from a machine shop buddy, so they likely had the part number on the case, I got them in the little boxes of 4. If I get the number, I will post it.
