Joe - Be careful with added lighting. Many code enforcement folks and the  
building inspectors during the construction sign offs may be enforcing 
limited  lighting  guidelines for energy usage restrictions. You can wire for  
additional lighting, with extra gang plugs in the ceiling areas, then, after  
final inspection sign off, install additional lighting yourself. Play it 
safe,  but plan ahead! I would add additional small-tube 4-foot fixtures. These 
have  easy available bulbs and also good cold-start performance. - Seth
