Just drained & replaced front shifter seal in my '63 4 speed tranny. I'm preparing to refill it but before I do I'd like to know if the small hex head bolt just to the right of the large hex fill screw supposed to be the fill check? My thanks to anyone who responds, Clyde Edmonds '63 vert Salida, CO
