My brother is an electrical engineer.  When my radio stopped working
properly the 2nd time I sent it to him and the first thing he told me when
he picked it up is that when equipment like that feels way too light it is
usually junk.

I wasn't satisfied with the appearance of the installation and made my own
very complex but great looking setup.  My problem is with the quality of
the unit.  Mind broke twice in the first two years.  I know my experiences
are not abnormal from reading others complaints.  The woman on their tech
support line made these malfunctions sound routine, no apology, no
statement that this is very unusual... just "send us the radio and $50 and
we will fix it.
