His email has some great info in it but it doesn't discuss my issue.  I did remember that my Corvair has G body calipers on the front instead of B.  I did that because the pistons were very close to the size of the Trans Am rear calipers.  I already have a dual M/C.

That should tell you something Joel.  See Seth Emerson's email from last week about disc conversions that went into great detail about master cylinders as well as the disc conversion.  Maybe there is something there to help you.

My Malibu has the same
calipers and lines with power assist and it stops great with "normal" effort.
