<VV> Coil spring spacers for a EM?

These were DEFINITELY factory installed when car was ordered with Factory Air Conditioning. I am not certain of other applications, but willing to research when I get a chance. 

Could you please send me a photo of your Fisher Body Plate or at least a listing of the ACC (accessory) codes?
