<VV> Need help from anyone going to the National Convention in Tacoma

Do you want to get "paid" for doing some Corvair Research while at the
convention?  As part of the ongoing research into data on the Fisher Trim
tags, there is reward for helping identify some aspects of the data tag
research.  Since the list of remaining research has a majority of needs from
west coast plants, the Tacoma Convention should be the best place to find
Corvairs built at Oakland, Van Nuys, LA as well as some Canadian Vairs. 

The SGC is trying to find examples of the following (and are offering an
award if you are the one who provides the needed "proof".  While at the
convention and already out browsing the Corvairs, please look for the
following. (awards will be paid out in Clarks Corvair Parts gift
certificates)

1961 (KS = Kansas, OA = Oakland)

---Any KS car with factory air conditioning. $25 (must provide pictures of
tag, as well under-dash AC unit and '61-specific green compressor) 

---Any 500 or 700-series OA sedan with factory rear door armrests. $25 

 

1962 (OA = Oakland)

---Any 500 or 700-series OA sedan with factory rear door armrests. $25 

 

1963 (OA = Oakland, VN = Van Nuys, WR = Willow Run)

---Any VN car with a P in group 3. $25 

---Any car with factory heater delete. $50 

---Any OA non-Monza with factory fold-down rear seat. $50 

---Any 700-series sedan with factory rear door armrests. $25 

 

1964

---Any car with Z in group 5. This will appear only on cars with a body
build date of October through December, 1963. $25 

1966 (LOS = Los Angeles, WRN = Willow Run)

---Any LOS model 500 sedan with factory headrest bench front seats. $50 

---Any car with factory seat belt delete (exported cars only). $25 

 

1967

---Any sedan with factory non-deluxe rear center seat belt. $25 

---Any car with factory heater delete. $25 

---Any car with factory non-deluxe front shoulder belts. $25 

---Any car with factory seat belt delete (exported cars only). $25

 

Keep in mind, we need a clear photo of the Fisher Trim tag and hopefully a
factory original install.
