I have not seen the car in person but from the auction photos I can see in the interior shot nothing Corvair except the window crank and possibly the ignition switch retainer.  The shifter & park brake certainly are not Corvair.  The exterior shots reveal no Corvair panels.  Perhaps there is a remnant of a floor pan somewhere underneath.  It really looks like a total prototype build that is using a 1965 Corvair for its title.
