<VV> engine break in advice

Most of the break-in has already taken place. Go drive the car making
smooth accelerations as you pull from stops. I am assuming cast iron rings?
When you get close to the 100 miles do a few high power accelerations to
finish it off then go change the oil and filter and drive normally.
