<VV> Chapters list

If any Chapter officers want to continue the discussion of club activity beyond the current VV thread, the Chapter list is for just that sort of thing - drop us a note at chapters-help at corvair.org to join.

I'll comment that having done some of this with my club for several years, there isn't really a magic bullet.  It's not particularly hard work, but does require some persistence to get the word out and it does take more than one or two active members for a club to be viable.  However, the effort is very much worth it.
