Hi Jim,

Just looking for some clarification, I got a little lost on your points. Feel free to correct what I get wrong:

Hmm, are you suggesting a regular sweep of the links on Corvair.org to make sure they work? Sounds like a good idea. The hard part is usually getting someone to do it :-)

> Also as 2015, as this sounds,(keep in mind I'm writing on V.V. e-mail forum, not a blog or website) some of the chapters dont keep up with or care about the "new social media". Trying to find out the next meeting of our local chapter on there website was a joke .Hadn't been updated since 2013! Seems it was easier for them to move to a facebook site.

Ok, I'm confused, but maybe what you say illustrates the fact that not all chapters work the same. Some like using an FB site, some don't. I think it's fair to say that making it easy to find out something about a club is helpful. I'll go further and add that *more than one way* is really good. This does lead to more work for the club tho, as there are more ways to communicate than in the past.

They? I'll comment that we need to stop referring to CorSA as "they". I thought that WE are CorSA, at least those of us that are members. CorSA is NOT a business to promote Corvairs. CorSA is a non-profit group "by and for those who appreciate the Corvair".

I don't quite follow what we should get out of the chapters that aren't doing well - can you pass me some more thought? I think this is a point that's missed, but I can't quite come up with any definitive action(s) from it.
