Frank....be sure and inform those turbo enthusiasts to mist the water, as I
shot it in a stream through a DCOE 45 progressive and erroded a groove in
the E-flow compressor wheel.
This was an expensive lesson.

Frank- You are preaching to the choir!!!☺ Actually, it is on my list of
things to do. I have a Aquamist 1s that I've been
procrastinating about putting back on. It has been so long since I last used
it, I think it would be wise to take it apart and
inspect it before using. In the meantime, I've found a newer pump that has
the same output as my current pump, but
pushes water at 1000 psi v.s. 100psi for the 1s, it also is very quiet,
smaller and uses less current to operate.... I'm getting
tempted to just bite the bullet and get the new pump! A couple other
projects are going to be to put twin 48mm throttle
bodies on in place of the twin 45's on the weber, and step bore the intake
on the compressor housing so as to further
reduce the vacuum at higher boost levels, and of course, get that waste gate
installed!!

Kevin, you may need to add water injection (to keep out of detonation) at
least until you get your waste gate setup installed. It worked for Tom
Keosababian when he ran over 150 mph (on gasoline) and later over 170 mph
(on propane) at Bonneville.
