<VV> Fan bolt torque

Hi Cap, I am with Frank on this one. Though I also like to do things correctly and "by the book" on small fasteners I just use a 1/4 inch ratchet and torque by feel. I also don't think 20-25 ft. lbs. is correct for the top cover. More like 7-13 for this bolt size.
