My 69 Monza Coupe #2600 has the 3 speed trans. I like it and WILL NOT be installing a 4 speed. This car has tinted glass, 110HP, 3 speed, all of the A I R hooked up, and radio delete. Unusual but nice ride.

>Call me odd (most people do), but I've always preferred the 66 and on 3-speed for a daily commuter driver. I'm not sure why. Certainly the 4-speed is better for more spirited driving with its better ratios. Does anyone have a convertible with a 3-speed? It seems that everyone replaces a 3-speed as soon as they can. I'm just wondering how many cars still have their 3-speeds.
