<VV> pulley question

I think the '64 95hp/w Powerglide got a harmonic balancer, so it could be a manual 95 pulley.

I agree with Matt, that sounds like a standard 164 ci 95 HP pulley. It's a nice replacement for the early pulley with rivets that tend to rattle. The two bolt holes are commonly used for a puller, tho as Matt noted that's also where the A/C or AIR pulleys attach (they are different diameters).
