My standard oil pump took a lot of effort, and when it built pressure I
could not turn it steadily.
So I assume you can flow more oil more quickly and you may not be able to
turn it all the time.
I would build pressure, wait 15 seconds, then turn to pressure, did this
over and over, took a dozen times and had oil up to the roller rocker
bearings and watched the oil level go down in the sump in between turning
the oil pump shaft.
