Personally I would pull and clean the PG pan so I could check the screen
and pan for foreign matter (no filter in Corvair PowerGlides).  If you want
to get the two quarts of fluid out of the torque converter, buy Bob
Ballew's PowerGlide booklet ; he explains how.
