I am positive that they are different on a LM, take it from someone who 
recently did a complete rebuild. There is a right and a left.

I'm fairly certain that the A-arms are the same left and right, as are the
cross-shafts, but for some reason I believe the cross-shaft mounting holes
are not symmetrical (ie., equal distance from each end), and thus could be
installed "backwards" shifting the A-arm forward or back a bit.  I may be
totally wrong on this, as it's been a long time since I rebuilt a front
suspension.  And I don't have one convenient to go measure.
