<VV> 1964 turns over, doesn't start.

I've had the same issue on my turbo. Seems to not get fuel after a long
sit. I have an electric pump in the tank so that should not be an issue. I
discovered that the inlet needle would stick and prevent gas from entering
the carb. A whack with a hammer corrected the issue. Worth a try?

I sprayed starter fluid in and it briefly started. Going to check the pump
now.
