Like everything it just costs money, check in the area for machine shops 
that do race work.

I would suggest finding wheels first as if you're planning on the Chevy 
pattern most wheels won't fit.  You might mention your goals.  I think if I 
were going to the trouble I'd do 5 on 4 1/2 rather than 5 on 4 3/4.
