<VV> 61 3 to 4 spd Transmission swapping

Just to be clear you need the transmission front mount - steel part the transmission bolts to for the 4 speed and you cut and reweld the flange on the suspension cross member to clear the extra length.
The 2 rubber transmission mounts are the same.

I should have also mentioned that, with a little bit of searching, you might find a four speed cross member. The four speed cross member is a bolt on replacement that you can install in an afternoon if you have all of the parts ahead of time.

Check the online parts catalogs (Clark’s is a good source) for what you need.
