<VV> Stuck valve cover bolt.

 Thinking about it, I would also replace all the "O" rings to assure a no leak rebuild. Did you remove the carbs first? With the fuel lines still attached, the head will not come off. Besides you will remove the carbs prior to bringing the head to a machine shop. Is that a 1965 140 engine?

Also there is 1 small bolt under the carburetor in the picture at the round

the head. Is there is a trick to taking it off? Too small to get my small
ratchet in the space.

Will I need to/should I put new gaskets on the jugs?
