Also, make mixture of one can Marvel Mystery oil and four quarts 15-40w oil and mix. Spray each cylinder with some of the mixture. Drain the crankcase and add the rest of the mixture to the crankcase. Remove distributor to access the oil pump drive. Using dummy distributor drive and variable speed drill, run the oil pump. Let this sit a few days then run the oil pump again. Use the breaker bar suggestions listed in other posts.

The idea is to force lubrication to areas you can’t get to until disassembly.
