<VV> L111 '62 Spyder Convert @ 2019 Mecum Kissimmee

What I want to know if the car is parked with no driver in it how is the speedometer reading 45 MPH and the tach is reading approximately 1000 RPM which I know that’s possible since the key is in the run position and could be idling.  But clearly you can see that it’s not moving how is that possible?.
