On the Saturday prior to the start of the convention, I will be at Iowa
Speedway, 263 road miles west of the Pheasant Run hotel, for the Indycar
race which takes place Saturday night.  Earlier on Saturday, and on
Friday, the Vintage Indycars will be on the track -- not racing,
exhibition laps only.  I am the public address announcer for the Vintage
portion of the program.  Stop by and say hello!

Swap meets in particular interest me but also other events happening in the USA during July / August.
