<VV> OCCASSIONAL Valve lifter noise

Take off the valve cover on the side you hear the clacking…  have someone start engine….  Use your INDEX  finger  to press on the TOP / Valve end  of each lifter quickly…… the one clattering will bounce your finger… others will be smooth!

Adjust that ONE  Rocker  ¼ turn CW….     Forget it!
