All Corvair PowerGlides use the same bolts and bolt pattern as do the
PowerGlide differentials.  The 64-69 PowerGlide was modified by Chevy to
handle the extra torque of the 164 cuin engine.  Some of the mods were
larger area, band piston, higher fluid pressure to the clutches plus they
added a downshift control valve to smooth-out downshifts.  So the answer is
yes it fits perfectly and the question is, will it last?
