<VV> Shop Lights

I just replaced the 40 yr old fluorescent fixtures in my garage with 4' LED shop lights from Sam's Club.  They are very white and bright.  They have three lighting levels and the highest level was too high.  Its a 28'x28' garage fully sheetrocked in with 9' ceilings.  The walls and ceiling are painted white although the walls are almost completely covered with stuff.
