<VV> Cam Timing Question

I don't think so. I believe it is possible that if the car was jump
started and the clutch engaged then it might be possible for the cam
gear to shear. I was off a tooth and a half off on my Devin C and it
would barely run at all. I finally dropped the pan and found the cam
gear was WAY off. Except for the time involved, it is a simple
operation to verify and once done then you know for sure if the cam is
right or off.
