<VV> stuck pistons

Well, I would have said two new (used) jugs, but you said you didn't want to
take the rods off the crank

So, I figure the engine is not useable (junk) the way it currently is.
Maybe a good swift "shock blow" would break things loose for you and you
could turn junk into a runner. If not, nothing lost because it was junk
anyway. So, you might STILL end up having to pull two rods.

I don't know how hard a blow the bearings receive when a piston fires during
normal use. But you could keep that in mind - that it is "normal" for the
bearings to receive at least somewhat of a "blow" - I know - it is more
rotational in nature than what I am suggesting. Hey, in the end, it is your
call. Good luck with it.

Actually, I'm wondering how useable these cylinders will be once the pistons
are removed. Seems like there is going to be a grove, mark, rough spot,
SOMETHING NASTY in the cylinder walls which will make for high oil
consumption. Maybe it can be honed out? Scotchbrite pad? Maybe not.
