Your not alone I've had 3 done that way. First one in Dallas, Tx. back in 81 
or so and last one here in Oregon in the last 3 years. Don't think you'll find 
in in the Tech Guide more like the SHADE TREE CHEAP FIX IT BOOK FOR DUMMIES.
