OK, so I reread Warren's original email and it seems that there is only one race car. Does anyone have any dates related to when Bill Thomas built the car and Doug Roe bought it from him? In particular, I am wondering about racing events and such. By the way, I think that this is my favorite Corvair, one that has always inspired my interest in building hot rod Vairs because it is such a stark and purposeful car - kinda like a Porsche 550 Spyder - and a car that has significant history.
