All:

    Remember the following:

Reasons why we own POS (by their standards)

        1) They're more fun to drive
        2) Cheaper to own and maintain.
When your post 1990 vehicle dies it takes a $70 /hour
technician (I use that title loosely)
to put your ride back together.
When it dies it really dies hard....
When your Vair dies, it costs you parts, maybe a tow
bill and your time to put Humpty Dumpty
back together, you take PRIDE in your work
because you know that the POS's at work
don't have the skill to repair a vehicle
much less which end of the screwdriver to hold...
That also holds true for most of the
"technicians" at the dealership....
        3) Any Vair nut worth his salt carries parts and tools. i.e. A
portable repair shop, because we've been stuck before
and vowed not to be caught unprepared again...I don't
carry a spare engine, but once I get my ride home,
I usually have the parts on hand to fix almost anything....

        Don't cry...it's not manly...

Just my 2 cents worth....
